Scents Empire wants every visitor to be able to read, browse and buy from our website, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and kept up, not as an extra.

We are always learning. If something on our site is hard to use, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.

We aim for a site that works with different abilities, devices and assistive tools. This is what we work toward:

• Keyboard use. Menus, buttons and forms that you can reach and use without a mouse.
• Screen readers. Clear headings, labels and descriptions for images so content makes sense when read aloud.
• Readable design. Strong contrast between text and background, and text that resizes without breaking the page.
• Calmer motion. Animations that switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Mobile friendly. Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops.

You can change how our site looks to suit you.

• Text size. Use the A-, A and A+ buttons on this page, or zoom your browser with Ctrl and + (Cmd and + on Mac).
• Reduced motion. Turn on "reduce motion" in your phone or computer settings and our animations will stop.
• Screen readers. Our pages are built with headings and landmarks so you can jump between sections.

Some parts of the shopping experience, such as payment pages, embedded videos and social media content, are provided by other companies. We cannot fully control how accessible those parts are, but we encourage our partners to make their content usable for everyone.

Some of our older product images or pages may still be missing descriptions or need improvement. We are working through them.
